Joe brings experience counseling pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients with regard to the development and management of their patent portfolios in the U.S. and abroad. Joe also counsels clients concerning patent issues including infringement, freedom to operate, infringement, validity and enforceability opinions.
Joe has both private and in-house experience where he counseled clients with regard to the development and management of their patent portfolios in the life sciences including immunology, genomics, pharmaceuticals and biologics. In 2003, Joe joined a newly formed intellectual property boutique and later became partner. His experience running a small business developed an understanding of the importance of providing personal, responsive and cost-effective service to meet the unique needs of each client.
